We encourage that all guests arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for parking, the check-in process, retail shopping, and changing into appropriate attire.
For your visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow enough time to change into spa attire and to discuss your skin needs. Your privacy and comfort are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress, and our service providers are trained in appropriate methods of draping. Although your service provider will provide a complete overview of the treatment you will experience, please feel free to ask any questions or make special requests to ensure your own comfort level.
We do our utmost to protect you and your belongings during your visit. Color smocks are provided for your services to provide protection for your personal belongings against any staining that may occur during your appointment. Our smocks are laundered after each use. Rituals Salon & Spa is not responsible for any stained clothing or belongings. Avoid clothing and accessories such as hoodies, jackets, collared shirts, turtlenecks, scarves, and big earrings or necklaces.
Our Guest Service Coordinators are available during business hours for all of your scheduling needs. Our services are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-booked appointments are suggested to guarantee your desired date and time. We do accept walk-ins and same-day appointments upon availability. You may also book an appointment online with us for select services.
Appointment reminders are sent via text, phone call, and/or email. This is a courtesy service. Please be advised that guests are responsible for keeping track of their appointment times. No-show fees will not be waived if an appointment reminder is not received.
All services are required to have a card on file at the time of booking. We ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice if it is necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you cancel within that 24-hour window, your card on file will be charged 50% of the booked appointment.
If the appointment is a no-call no-show, your card on file will be charged 100% of the missed appointment.
We have a 10-minute grace period; if you are later than 10 minutes, your appointment may be forfeited, and you will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the missed appointment.
We understand that unexpected things happen. Please inform our Guest Service Coordinators as soon as possible of a cancellation or reschedule at no charge to you. There are no refunds, and any cancellation fee will not be put towards any future appointments.
Busy schedules and unforeseen events often force you to arrive late. We promise to make our best effort to fit your service into the schedule. Please give us a call to let us know you’re running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may have to modify your service or have another available service provider complete your service. Any later and your appointment may be forfeited, and you will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the missed appointment.
We ask that a parent or guardian be present for the consultation with the service provider and again at check-out in order to ensure goals and expectations have been met. If a parent or guardian is not present during these times, we cannot guarantee the service.
As a courtesy to our staff and clients, we ask that all guests have an appointment. If you must bring a visitor to your appointment, we ask that they wait in our waiting area. As a safety measure for your child, it is your responsibility to monitor them at all times. Children under the age of 12 without an appointment are to be accompanied by an adult. Children may not, for any reason, be allowed in the spa area unless they are receiving a service.
We strive to provide a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests. We encourage guests to silence all cell phones, and please keep conversations private to be respectful of all guests.
Rituals Salon & Spa guarantees every service performed. We’ll always do our best to make it right! All services for which the client is unhappy are eligible for a complimentary redo by the same service provider, at the discretion of the management team. Please contact us within 7 days of the services being rendered. Services are not eligible for refunds, only redos.
Services and packages are non-refundable. Retail purchases made with credit or debit cards may be refunded within 1 week of purchase. If past the one-week period, or if purchases were paid with cash or check, we will be happy to exchange or issue a store credit for that amount. All Jane Iredale makeup, brushes, special orders, and appliance sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges past 30 days.
The highest compliment we can receive is the referral of a family member or friend. If you wish to leave a gratuity, envelopes are available at the front desk for cash or check or can be added to your credit card transaction.
Rituals Salon and Spa gift cards make the perfect gift for everyone! They can be purchased at the front desk or on our website. Gift cards can be used for payment for services and retail. Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities. Gift card sales are final and take 24 hours to process.
The only animals allowed in the facility are service animals—dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.
Rituals Salon & Spa strives to minimize our footprint by redirecting, recycling, and repurpose waste destined for landfill. For every appointment, a green-fee charge of $2.00 will be added to any service total over $15.00.
The highest compliment you can give your service provider is a referral. We appreciate your support and trust! You and the person whom you refer will receive $20 off of a service of $40 or greater.
We offer new clients a discount on their first visit when purchasing retail. Purchase 1 product for 10% off, 2 for 15% off, 3 for 20% off, and 4+ for 25% off. Enjoy $10 off your second visit of a service of $50 or more. Must present coupon at checkout.
We are happy to offer a variety of beverages, wine, champagne, beer, and snacks. During your visit, we offer complimentary neck wraps and lip treatments, magazines, jewelry cleanings, blankets, phone chargers, and makeup touch ups.
We use a plant-based soft wax. Buy 5 waxes, and get your 6th free with a Signature Rituals Wax Card. When receiving 3 or more waxing services over $50, you’ll receive 10% off.
We accept cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Rituals Gift Cards, Apple Pay, & Google Play. As of October 2024, we will no longer be accepting checks as a form of payment.
For every pre-booked appointment, you will earn $2 in points. For every retail purchase of $100 or more, you will earn $2 in points. Points are redeemable on services, retail, or gift cards once you accrue $10.
