Members will receive 10% off skincare products at time of service (excludes makeup).
Priority Booking
Members enjoy priority booking for appointments. Please ensure appointments are booked in advance to secure your spot, as availability cannot be guaranteed without prior booking.
Price Guarantee
Members are guaranteed the price they paid at the time of purchase throughout their membership term, even if there is a price increase.
Service Roll-Over
Accrued services during membership roll over to the next month, if not redeemed. Accrued services must be redeemed within 30 days of membership ending.
Pay in Full Spa Perk
Spa members who pay for their membership up front will receive a complimentary wash & style with a rising Junior Stylist after each facial. This complimentary service must be booked in advance to take advantage. This perk is only available for facial memberships.
Service Transfer
Membership services are transferable to another guest once per membership term. Transferred memberships allow the recipient to redeem services but do not grant access to membership benefits.

how long is a membership term?
Our membership term is a 6-month commitment. However, we understand that life can be unpredictable, so we offer the flexibility to freeze your membership at any time. You can freeze your membership once for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months.
Please note that during the freeze period, you will not have access to any membership benefits. After the freeze period ends, your membership will automatically resume, and you can continue to enjoy all the benefits it offers.

can you freeze a membership?
You may freeze your membership at any time, provided the request is made before your next membership fee is due. During the freeze period, you will not have access to membership benefits.
To be eligible for a freeze, the member must have held the membership for at least 30 days and made at least one month’s payment. Memberships may be frozen once during a 6-month period for a minimum of 30 days and a maximum of 3 months.
The member is required to specify an end date for the freeze period. At the conclusion of the freeze term, membership dues will resume with the next scheduled electronic funds transfer.
The initial membership expiration date will be extended by the length of the freeze period, and all terms and conditions will remain in effect throughout the extended membership term. To initiate a membership freeze, the member must submit a written request to Rituals Salon & Spa via email (info@ritualssalon.net).

what's your cancellation policy for membership appointments?
We ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice if it is necessary to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you cancel within that 24-hour window, your card on file will be charged 50% of the booked appointment.
If the appointment is a no-call no-show, your monthly accrued service will be forfeited. If you would like to rebook your missed appointment, it will be at the non-membership price.
